I am an experienced and successful reflexologist with a background in health and education and am passionate about supporting other practitioners in their growth. I offer in-person CPD training courses for qualified reflexologists, designed to build confidence, deepen knowledge, and enhance practice to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Each course combines engaging theory with hands-on practical sessions throughout the day, ensuring learning is both meaningful and immediately applicable.

SPECIALIST MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY: TECHNIQUES AND PROFESSIONAL INSIGHTS FROM A FORMER MIDWIFE
This CPD course is currently in development. It will equip reflexologists with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills to confidently support women through pregnancy, common pregnancy-related conditions, birth preparation, labour and the postnatal period. Developed and personally taught by an experienced reflexologist with a background in midwifery, this unique course combines advanced maternity reflexology techniques with evidence-informed maternity knowledge, offering deeper insight into the physiological changes that occur across the maternity journey.
Throughout the course, midwifery insights are integrated to provide a broader understanding of pregnancy, birth and postnatal care, enabling you to further support clients through each stage of their maternity journey with greater knowledge, confidence and understanding. Combining comprehensive theory with practical application, you'll learn specialist reflexology techniques that can be safely and effectively integrated into your practice — helping you provide tailored, client-centred support.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Course fees are refundable within 21 days of the booking date, provided that the cancellation request is submitted no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled course start date. Due to the limited capacity and small group nature of the training, refunds cannot be issued beyond this period. Requests made more than 21 days after the booking date may be considered for transfer to a future course date, subject to availability and the course schedule. Please note that no refunds or transfers will be permitted for cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the course start date.
Due to the courses being run in small groups, refunds cannot be issued in cases of non-attendance. However, course materials will be provided via email to those who are unable to attend. An optional one-to-one Zoom session may be arranged to review practical skills, discuss topics and answer any questions, subject to an additional fee of £65.
While every effort is made to deliver courses as scheduled, in the rare event that a course is cancelled due to insufficient participant numbers, a minimum of 21 days’ notice will be provided. In such cases, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative course date.
