Cancellation Policy
I try to be as flexible as possible with appointments and work on the basis of mutual trust. I do my best to arrange appointments to meet clients requirements. As I am sure you can appreciate, late cancellations and no-shows really affect my income, therefore I do have a cancellation policy.
I ask all clients to please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation/need to reschedule to allow me the opportunity to refill an appointment. In cases where less than 24 hours is given then the session fee may be charged. Of course, in cases of illness, accident or unavoidable circumstances then no fee will be charged.
