Cancellation Policy
I try to be as flexible as possible with appointments and work on the basis of mutual trust. Should an emergency occur and I need to cancel a session, I will do my utmost to give at least 24 hours notice to change the appointment. Wherever possible I ask clients to do the same, as this allows both of us the chance to rearrange plans.
As I am sure you can appreciate, late cancellations and no-shows really affect my income, therefore I do have a cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours notice to allow me the opportunity to refill an appointment, or a fee may be charged.
