Initial consultation and standard foot reflexology
Initial consultation - £70
This lasts up to 90 minutes and includes a 50 minute treatment following a consultation to develop a treatment plan to meet your needs.
Follow Up reflexology sessions
One session often includes aspects of a variety of specialist reflexology techniques, included as appropriate to meet the needs of the client (see specialist techniques listed below, or greater detail in 'Treatments' section of website). No additional charge is added when advanced techniques are used, as these skills and knowledge are part of my 'reflexology toolkit' that I use to provide client-centred care. The session fee is purely based on treatment length.
Standard length (approx. 70 min) - £70
Appointment approximately 70 minutes in length for enhanced therapeutic effect.
SPECIAL OFFER: Buy a set of 3 standard length sessions for £195, a £15 saving.
Extended length (90 min) - £93 (or an additional £23 if being used as part of a pre-brought block of 3)

A full hand/foot treatment can be provided plus full specialist treatments included for the biggest benefit to the client. This is ideal for clients who have multiple health needs, require an additional targeted approach, or for a wonderfully stress-busting treatment.

Baby reflexology and Children's treatment sessions
1-1 treatments for babies and children under secondary school age are shorter in length while being based upon their needs. Costs are adjusted accordingly. Children can bring books, toys or tablets to help them relax. Please contact Emma to discuss this further. A full treatment is usually appropriate for children over secondary school age, and therefore will is charged as such. However, there can be flexibility dependent upon the parents request and needs of the child.
Baby Reflexology treatment - £45
Tailored to focus on needs of the baby e.g. for colic/teething/unsettled baby, with suggestions of reflexes to work at home provided.
Children under secondary school age treatment - £50
Tailored to meet the needs of the child, suggestions of reflexes to work at home are provided as appropriate.

Baby Reflex Course (3 sessions) cost £90
These are delivered in small groups to ensure you and your baby are supported and get the biggest benefits from the course as possible. Therefore, courses must be booked and paid for to secure your place.
Small group sessions run weekly for 3 weeks.
Please note: these courses teach you how to give therapeutic reflexology to your baby to bring improved health and well-being, they are very relaxing but are not generic massage courses. Treatment packs are provided, along with the knowledge and practical skills to enable you to support your baby.
These are delivered in small groups to ensure you and your baby are supported and get the biggest benefits from the course as possible. Therefore, courses must be booked and paid for to secure your place.

The first session is for parents/carers/grandparents only (if possible), to develop knowledge, allow techniques to be discussed and hand reflexology practice, then the second session is for both parents and children with nursery rhymes, further practice and additional techniques to support the child.
